There will be talking and there will be playing. This will be a thought provoking and practical day which covers observations Rob has made from his time working with many amazing NZ actors well as scene work so we all participants can get on their feet. The day will cover:
•A director’s perspective on the audition process (what it’s like going through the audition tapes and what I’m really looking for).
•Collaboration between actor and director (including why I think NZ actors should be more bolshy!)
•On Set Observations. When it works, why it doesn't, and how to fix it together.
•Please note: Scene work with scenes to be supplied for learning once participants are confirmed.
