Actors must constantly perform in high-pressure situations, auditions being a key example. Under such circumstances our nerves, habits and tensions often become increasingly heightened, which can make it difficult to stay fully present. This one hour workshop will explore the concept of presence, including some practical exercises that aim to help the actor better prepare their body, breath, voice, mind and heart so they can feel more authentic, grounded and powerful in their approach.
