Synopsis

Bringing the audition scene to life - even when you’re on a deadline. You get an email. Self-tape due tomorrow or the next day. You open the scene.  You often have limited information about the script, the project, even the character... But you know you are ready to work and up for the challenge.   How do you get the most out of the opportunity? How do you bring the scene to life? Anna will explore these questions physically and vocally in the work, approaching areas such as - text skills, impulse, what’s in the frame, exploring breath, silence, focus, flow and using your reader: Requirements:  Bring a scene with you to work on - a 2-hander in any accent. Please note that this will take place from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm (AEDT)
