Emma Paine
Emma Paine is a highly sought-after cinematographer working across television drama, feature films, documentaries, and commercials. Emma Paine was the cinematographer for the critically acclaimed hit series Colin from Accounts (Easy Tiger/Binge), for which she shot all eight episodes of the first season. Following the series win for most Outstanding Comedy Series at the 2023 Logie Awards, Emma returned for the second season, again shooting all eight episodes, which was released in September 2024. Most recently Emma has worked on the second season of the global success NCIS’s Sydney version and Watching You (Lingo Pictures) which is currently in post and set to release on STAN. The series, based on J.P. Pomare's best-selling book ‘The Last Guests’, follows two newlyweds, who after rending out their vacation home online, undergo a terrifying ordeal that strikes at the heart of their innermost secrets. Prior to that, Emma worked on SBS’s latest drama Four Years Later, and the final three episodes of the psychological drama series, One Night (2023), for Paramount+ and Easy Tiger. Her other television credits include: the Paramount+ comedy-drama Spreadsheet (Northern Pictures); and the ABC’s comedy web series Halal Gurls (In-Between Productions). Emma’s feature film credits include Christmas Ransom (dir. Adele Vuko, Stan/Every Cloud Production, 2022) and the AACTA nominated film Zelos (dir. Jo-Anne Brechin, Painted Gate Pictures, 2017). Early in her career, Emma won her first Gold Tripod at the ACS National awards for the short film We Will (dir. Laura Nagy, 2016). Her other notable shot films include Chlorine (dir. Melissa Anastasi, Dollhouse Productions, 2019) which had its international premiere at the BFI London Film Festival and Sweet Tooth (dir. Shannon Ashlyn, AFTRS) which won the best short film at Cinema Des Antipodes 2019. Emma was named as a ‘rising talent’ by Insider Film in 2022. Currently, Emma is working in Perth on the Australian adaptions of Ghosts (BBC Studios/Paramount+). -
Queenie van de Zandt
Queenie van de Zandt is one of Australia’s most distinguished musical theatre, cabaret and comedy performers. She’s been nominated for 22 awards for her work, winning 9 times. Queenie’s released 5 albums, is the host body for her cult comedy character, Jan van de Stool, and continues to tour around Australia & Internationally with her multi-award-winning show, BLUE: The Song of Joni Mitchell.
