Award-winning voice actor Dianne Weller will introduce you to the world of voicing for video games during this one-hour livestream. This is a chance to see how it differs from animation and how to approach character development and auditions. Part 2 on June 7, 2023, will feature Dianne working live in the AFTRS studio in Sydney with six Australian performers. It is recommended you attend part one if you would like to attend part two. Please apply separately to participate in or observe the part two AFTRS class.

Dianne Weller
Dianne Weller trained as an actor here in Australia in the 90s before embarking on an international career in acting and voice over. She won a coveted Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) award in the US for her performance in the VR Game Hubris. She has been working in the Video Game industry for the last 7 years on Titles like Wolfenstein Youngblood, Elite Dangerous and Home Sweet Home. Dianne is passionate about the Video Games industry and how actors can work with Directors and Game Developers to bring amazing characters to life.
