What options are available for creatives to reduce financial stress in times of an employment desert or hardship? As creatives, financial booms and busts are part of our landscape, but COVID 19 has changed this dramatically as we pivot and weave to try to make economic sense of the devastation of our industry. The government has gone someway to providing financial support during this entertainment industry desert, but what other options are there to reduce our financial stresses? How do we make informed financial decisions moving forward in this pandemic driven recession? What options are available to us? Join Glenn Hazeldine ( actor and deputy chair of Actor’s Benevolent Fund of NSW) Nicole Pedersen-McKinnon (financial journalist, educator and author) and Jonathon Venables (Media Super) as they discuss what options are available for creatives to reduce financial stress in times of an employment desert or hardship.
