An online audition masterclass for singing actors to participate in one 90 minute zoom Livestream session. There will be an opportunity for five singers to work with Simon and Daniel on Thursday May 28 (12pm-1.30pm)
and for another five singers on Friday May 29 (12pm -1.30 pm).
This is an opportunity to keep your skills fresh during this period of shutdown, and to develop new insights and techniques. Being show fit is a vital part of job readiness and the current shutdown has virtually eliminated all opportunities to audition. Daniel and Simon will give you invaluable tips on preparing and executing your audition, as well as generous and constructive feedback. The masterclass will take place on Zoom. Each participant will prepare an "audition cut" of 2 songs each, and must have a prerecorded accompaniment (in the appropriate key) for each song. Each performer will sing for the group (as well auditors) and receive feedback from Daniel and Simon. Please note that "auditors" will be present during this Livestream.
